1. General Return Instructions for Arctic Elixr Online Store
Before returning a product, always contact our customer service at [email protected] to receive instructions for the return.
If the customer returns part of an order, shipping costs will not be refunded. Store returns are free of charge, but returns via courier will incur shipping fees.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after the customer has claimed the order. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the payment method used in the original order within 14 days of receiving and processing the return. If the payment method was a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card bill. For Klarna, the refund will be made to your Klarna invoice or account. The refund amount will be the price paid by the customer, even if the product price has changed later.
If the returned product is not in the aforementioned new-like condition, the product price will not be refunded.
For the return or exchange of food products or dietary supplements, the product’s seal or protective wrap must be intact and unopened.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products do not freeze in outdoor Posti or Postnord lockers if they have chosen this delivery method.
The return policy applies only to products in their original packaging that are new-like, unopened, unused, and sellable, excluding food products or dietary supplements.
