It All Starts with Nature

Seeds and Natural Raw Materials

Arctic Elixir oils originate from pure nature and carefully selected plants. Some of the raw materials are cultivated in our own greenhouses, while others are harvested directly from the diverse ecosystems of the northern forests.

Harvesting

Capturing the Most Valuable Ingredients

Once the plants have reached optimal maturity, they are harvested by hand or using gentle mechanical methods. The timing of the harvest is crucial to ensure the highest quality and preservation of the plant’s beneficial compounds.

Gentle Drying

Preserving the Raw Materials at Low Temperatures

After harvesting, the plants are dried at low temperatures to retain their natural compounds, such as terpenes and other bioactive substances. This method ensures that the valuable properties of the plants remain intac
t.

Grinding and Final Drying

Vacuum Drying to Preserve Essential Compounds

Once dried, the plants are ground into a fine powder, making them easier to process in the extraction phase. The powder is then further dried in a vacuum oven to preserve valuable volatile compounds like terpenes.

CO₂ Extraction

A Clean and Efficient ProcessDrying

CO₂ extraction is a safe and environmentally friendly method for isolating the most valuable compounds from plants without using harmful chemical solvents. This process utilizes pressurized carbon dioxide to extract oils and bioactive compounds in their purest form.

Winterization

Ensuring Ultimate Purity

In some cases, the extract undergoes winterization, a process in which it is cooled to low temperatures. This step helps crystallize and remove impurities such as waxes and unwanted substances, ensuring an even purer final product.

Triple Filtration

The Path to Perfect Purity

The oil is filtered three times, with the final filtration performed at a 0.3-micron density. This removes even the smallest impurities, ensuring clarity and quality. If winterization is used, the first filtration occurs at -50°C, where crystallized impurities are effectively captured by the filter.

Vacuum Evaporation

Removing Water and Ethanol Residues

After filtration, any remaining water and ethanol residues are removed using a rotary evaporator under vacuum. This process ensures that the final oil maintains its beneficial compounds without degradation caused by high temperatures.

Short Path Distillation

The Final Purification Step

The last purification step is performed using a short path distillation system, which allows for precise separation of compounds. For CBD oil, this process removes any residual THC, while for other oils, it ensures that no water, ethanol, or other unwanted substances remain.

Laboratory Quality Control

Ensuring Purity Before Use

Every batch of oil is sent to an independent laboratory for testing, ensuring that the product is entirely pure and contains the correct concentrations of active compounds. Each batch is thoroughly analyzed before being approved for further processing and packaging.

The Final Arctic Elixir

Blended, Bottled, and Ready for the World

In the final step, different oils are carefully blended according to precisely formulated recipes to achieve the desired effects and optimal composition. The finished products are bottled and packed, ready to be shipped worldwide to bring well-being and health to customers everywhere.
